5. What is included in a regular Eco Premium Cleaning?ā
Our recurring cleaning includes kitchen and bathroom cleaning, dusting of accessible surfaces, vacuuming, mopping, bedroom and living-area cleaning, garbage removal, general tidying and bed making upon request.
6. What is the difference between Eco Premium Cleaning and Eco Deep Cleaning?
ĀEco Premium Cleaning is designed for maintaining a consistently clean home through recurring visits.
Eco Deep Cleaning is more detailed and is ideal for first-time cleanings, seasonal cleaning, move-in/move-out situations or homes that need a complete reset.
7. Do you offer move-in and move-out cleaning?

Yes. Our Move-In & Move-Out service is designed for empty properties and includes detailed cleaning of accessible cabinets, drawers and closets, kitchens, bathrooms, floors, doors, baseboards and other areas.
8. What is Home Refresh?

Home Refresh is a flexible household-support service for people who need an extra pair of hands around the home. It can include light cleaning, laundry folding, organizing, making beds, tidying children's areas and other light household tasks.
The minimum booking is 2 hours, with visits available up to 8 hours.
9. Do you offer cleaning before or after events?

Yes. Last Call Cleaning can be booked before an event, after an event, or both. It is designed for gatherings such as birthdays, dinner parties, family gatherings and other special occasions
10. Do you offer post-renovation cleaning?

Yes. Our Eco Post Renovation Cleaning focuses on removing fine construction dust and preparing the property for occupancy. We use HEPA equipment and perform detailed cleaning of surfaces, cabinets, floors, windows and other areas.

Yes. Depending on the service, available add-ons may include oven cleaning, refrigerator cleaning, interior windows, cabinets and drawers, laundry folding, bed linen changes, balconies/patios, additional bathrooms or bedrooms, pet-hair removal and other options.
12. What is not included in a standard cleaning?

Certain specialized services are not included in standard cleaning, such as heavy-duty cleaning, mold removal, biohazard cleaning, pest control, carpet shampooing, pressure washing and certain exterior or high-level cleaning tasks. Some may be available as add-ons or specialized services.

15. What should I do before the cleaners arrive?

We recommend putting away valuable or fragile items, securing pets when necessary, ensuring access to the property and informing us about special instructions or priority areas before the appointment.
16. Do I need to be home during the cleaning?
ā
No. You don't need to be home during your cleaning appointment. You can provide us with the necessary access instructions before our arrival. Many of our clients choose to be away while our team completes the cleaning.
For your security and peace of mind, please make sure we have clear access instructions and let us know about any special requirements before the appointment.

20. How long are MALDORI gift cards valid?

MALDORI gift cards are valid for 6 months from the date of purchase. The expiration date is indicated on the gift card.
